
Please know that we would never charge our customers intentionally or activate canceled subscriptions without their permission. Regrettably, certain things are beyond our control when it comes to logistics, but we're also looking into finding ways to improve it.

This isn't our standard and we're continuously working on improving our system for our customer's convenience. We’re so sorry that you had a negative experience and that you were charged for a subscription renewal order when you did not receive your previous order. For either sex, the products are worth trying. I don't like putting my fingers in my eye products, I'd rather it was in a pump bottle. My favorite two items are the cleanser, and the eye gel, which needs to be in a different container than a jar. Glad to not have my face smell like a guy.

I wish they offered fragrance free however, it doesn't linger. I don't care much for the moisturizer or exfoliant, I don't think they're worth the price and I don't like the smell. (You can finally log-in in a normal way.) If you can be patient with these, set your own reminders, the products I've tried are nice. They have some things to work on as far as customer service goes and use of the website.
Lumin trial update#
I would have liked to change the delivery to another month and update my address but it wasn't an option to do so BEFORE the order was placed and then, even though it was an issue that was their fault, I couldn't get a Full refund. I received a replacement in a timely manner but there was no reminder that the order was coming for me to update or adjust before it was placed and it's the only site I have subscriptions with that doesn't do so. I would have given 5 stars but the last order I got, I couldn't change my address and they sent it to the wrong address, and because I couldn't send it back there was only an option for a 50% refund or replacement. The last person I spoke with was very efficient. The customer service is good, not Amazon good but they are friendly and seem to try. The under eye gel is nice and soothing and moisturizing without being heavy and absorbs beautifully. It cleans thoroughly, especially getting liquid foundation off, and my face doesn't feel dried out afterwards. Thank you for your understanding! It's an unethical business model that I refuse to be a part of, and would advise anyone else to do the same. Totally scandalous that a modern skincare company tries to hold their customers to ransom like this. I had to contact customer services to cancel the subscription as it clearly states on their website you are free to modify or cancel your subscription at any given time.

I then attempted to cancel aforementioned subscription to be greeted with a message that reads akin to "you are a VIP member and are unable to cancel your subscription until 3-4 cycles have shipped".
Lumin trial code#
I decided to utilise the code for an order only to later find out I had been again enrolled into a subscription against my knowledge and wishes. I cancelled my subscription and subsequently got hounded by numerous emails from who I now know to be a customer retention adviser whose role it is to keep you subscribed with offers of discount codes and small freebies. Unfortunately they did very little for my skin and I suffered breakouts, flakiness and red, sore patches on my face after using Lumin.
